The custom design and operation of a water treatment system should be based upon standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), in collaboration with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), with a focus on ensuring water quality and facilitating disinfection and maintenance. There may also be additional mandatory local regulations that apply. The planning should take into account the capability of operating with the available water supply under worst possible conditions and working with a range of variation in the quality of that water.

  • NDip Clinical Engineering, and experience in servicing the reverse osmosis (RO) environment for the past 14 years.
  • We realise the demand for dialysis is increasing significantly in South Africa and not all patients are within close reach to the current facilities. Our aim is to focus on the new upcoming dialysis service providers and provide pro-active support on the RO systems, enhancing the service to the patients.
